Radhika Shah is an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher, having completed her RYS200Hours training (registered with and adhering to the standards of Yoga Alliance USA & UK, the World Yoga Council, the International Yoga Federation and the Yoga Confederation of India). She has learned Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and loves to integrate pranayama, mantra chanting, and meditation into her classes, alongside Iyengar techniques and clinical conditioning.

Her seamlessly woven classes help release toxins, develop physical strength and stamina, and leave you in a relaxed state of mind. Her set of modifications make the practice inclusive, thereby welcoming every individual at whatever stage they are at in their practice. Her classes are designed to create mind and body balance, ensuring a safe practice and an easy transition.

Know About Your Instructor

Radhika is a recipient of the 200 hours ‘Madhyma Yoga Shiksha’ from the oldest organized center of Yoga in the world, The Yoga Institute; thus also certified to teach school students, and has acquired a Diploma in Yoga Philosophy from Mumbai University under the course ‘Foundations of Yoga’.

Due to her corporate background, Radhika understands the importance of posture and stress management, and offers corporate yoga sessions that seek corrective and preventive measures alongside tips to maintain daily wellness.

With more than a decade of experience in the event industry, Radhika specializes in developing theme-based yoga sessions, presenting a fluid sequencing of poses and stretches to fuse the practice into the required concept or communication. Radhika has recently completed her Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training, including Mums and Bubs training. She has additionally been certified in the area of Anatomy and Physiology for Women’s Health, alongside a Perinatal Nutrition and Ayurveda Extension Module. Giving her a fresh 80 hours of Yoga Alliance (YACEP) / RPYS. Radhika is sought-after for her very popular Retreats and Workshops, conducted across India and New York.

Radhika is the owner and facilitator at Yoga Indi. Welcoming students at every level, her classes ensure a safe practice while encouraging progress and improvement.
